Sahu is the Founder and Managing Partner of All IP Care. He has a whoping experience of 21 years for standing at bar. Initially, he started his practice in Delhi districts courts particularly at Tees Hazari Court from the year 2002.
During that span, he was handling cases pertaining to civil laws, criminal laws, arbitration laws, company law, writs, etc. before various district courts, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India. He has been one of the leading advocates in the cases having implementation of old pension schemes to armed forces including ITBP, SSB etc. Thereafter 5 and half years, he started practicing in the area of Intellectual property rights. Mr. Sahu manages all aspects of Intellectual Property, including prosecution and enforcement. Mr. Sahu has rich experience of handling Intellectual Property Rights cases before Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Court and District Courts, quasi-judicial authorities, Tribunals and Registrar. He has vast experience of appearing and arguing IPR cases before High Courts and District Courts across the country. Mr. Sahu has successfully conducted civil and criminal raids for well-known companies across the country. He has special interest in the law of Geographical Indications. He has conducted several Research works on tribal handicrafts and ancient products in the state of Jharkhand and Bihar. Various educational Institutions and organizations keep inviting him to speak on the subject matter of IPR and on other relevant aspects of law field. Mr. Sahu has been one of the key advisers and advocates for various corporate groups. He has also been providing his professional services to more than 15 big corporate groups. Mr. Sahu one of the key litigation experts of repressive and restitutive legal action against IPR Violation.
