Kartik Kumar Aggarwal, Advocate and Patent Agent has done his graduation in B.Tech (Computer Science) and then moved on to pursue Legal studies. During this time he extensively worked in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, particularly Patents. This was also the period wherein he assisted different law firms and law offices for their patent prosecution as well as Litigations. Post enrollment as an Advocate with Bar Council he appears regularly before different courts in different IPR matters. At present Kartik is an active member of the firm’s Patent team.
