Mr. Rajak has an experience of 13 years standing at Bar. He has dealt with several technical aspects of Intellectual Property, from the early stages of searches and opinion to filing, drafting, prosecution and litigation. To his credit, he has extensive experience in drafting contracts, notices, counter statements, agreements, deeds, renewal and opposition applications. He also has commendable experience in civil and criminal law, along with banking and finance laws. He has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Courts at Delhi and Ranchi, District Courts of Delhi and Ranchi, Debt Recovery Tribunal at Delhi and Ranchi, Registrar of Trademarks at Delhi and Kolkata, Intellectual Property Appellate Board, Copyright Board, District consumer forum, State Commission and National Commission, Registrar of Copyright, Labour Commissioner.
